The Third Act – Realising Our Dreams at Any Age
This presentation includes morning tea.
Brought to you by Margie Bauer – Psychotherapist & Counsellor. Margie specialises in grief and loss and became a qualified therapist at age 65, after 25 years as CEO of her own international publishing business.
The third act is often called a ‘developmental stage of life with its own significance as different from midlife as adolescence is from childhood.’ This talk is about how best to use this time. The best metaphor for ageing is a stairway. The upward ascension of the human spirit, bringing us into wisdom, wholeness and authenticity. Margie sees ageing as potential and this potential is not just for the lucky few. It’s for all of us.
