Free Computer Tuition

Burnie Brae has become a host venue for a free Broadband for Seniors Kiosk which they hope will get Seniors in our community better connected. The programs aims at enabling Seniors to stay in touch online with friends and family along with offering access to the wealth of information available online.

The kiosk comprises two computers with broadband access which are available for use by people over 50 years. Volunteer tutors will be on hand to offer training and support for those who have never had the opportunity to learn how to operate a computer or explore the internet, and feel threatened by this technology.
