Our specialty clinical groups are designed with your wellbeing in mind. We maintain a low member-to-staff ratio to provide you with attentive care and supervision.

  • Cardiac & Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation
    This rehabilitation program is well-suited for managing heart disease, lung cancer, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and supporting individuals in their recovery after heart surgery or a heart attack.
  • Living with Diabetes
    Designed for individuals with type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes, our program guides you in managing your condition through exercise and lifestyle adjustments. Gain essential insights into diabetes care, covering nutrition, hypoglycemia prevention and treatment, as well as foot and eye care.
  • High Needs Group
    Ideal for those with balance issues, frailty, memory concerns or mobility aid requirements, our instructor-led group prioritises safety while maximising exercise benefits. Each session includes a variety of seated and standing exercises, utilising machines and equipment where appropriate.
  • Move for Men's Health
    Suited to men who have (or have had) cancer or mental health issues. This program provides strength, cardiovascular, balance and bone-loading exercises.
  • Muscling Up
    This program focuses on progressive resistance training as a tool for older adults to improve their strength and agility. Our aim is to reduce the risks of falls, build confidence and support the quality of life each individual is striving to achieve.
  • DVA
    Specifically for individuals on the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) program. Led by experienced instructors, our sessions provide tailored exercises to support your unique needs and promote overall wellbeing.
  • Pump it for Parkinson’s
    Exercise is vital in managing and slowing the progression of the condition, maintaining movement, coordination and balance skills.
  • NDIS
    Personalised group for individuals of all abilities. Join our inclusive environment to connect with others and prioritise physical activity for improved wellbeing.
  • Balance & Falls
    Improve your balance in our 8-week specialised program led our Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists. Receive an assessment of your movement patterns and mobility, and engage in a short course exercise program designed to challenge your balance in a safe environment.
