Fitness Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8.45am - 9.45am. These gentle aerobic exercises classes are conducted by qualified instructors. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace.
Tai Chi is a soothing mind and body discipline. Join this relaxation on Fridays at 2.00-3.00pm.
Walking
Heart Foundation Registered Walking Groups:

Group 1 leaves from outside entrance to Kedron Wavell RSL, Chermside

Group 2 leaves from Carpark in Ellison Road, Marchant Park, Aspley
Both groups meet Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.
