Become a Volunteer

There are many benefits in becoming a Burnie Brae volunteer.  It is a great opportunity to make a difference in someone else’s life, develop skills and have the opportunity for training, as well as meeting new people and making friends.

There are a diverse range of volunteer positions which may become vacant at the Centre periodically.

  • All vacant volunteer roles will be advertised below and in the Centre foyer.
  • If there is a position you are interested in, please phone Reception 3624 2100 or email admin@burniebrae.org.au to request a more detailed Job Description.
  • Application for any of the roles should be made to the Manager in the department where the vacancy exists.  Please complete the Volunteer Registration Form.  You will be contacted within 48 hours of us receiving your application.
  • If there is nothing advertised which you wish to apply for, you can  complete an Expressions of Interest Form and you will be included in the fortnightly emails detailing vacant positions.
