Beginner & Chair Yoga
Beginner Yoga is a gentle introduction to yoga, focusing on foundational postures, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. It’s perfect for those new to yoga or looking to refine their practice. This class helps improve mobility, flexibility, core strength, alignment and breathing, offering a solid base to build your yoga journey.
Chair Yoga offers accessible exercises that can be done while seated or using a chair for support. It’s ideal for those with limited mobility or anyone seeking a low-impact yoga option. Exercises include gentle stretches, seated twists and supported standing poses, helping to improve flexibility, strength and balance.
Strengthen your body and improve your balance in our Beginners and Chair Yoga classes. Led by qualified instructor, Sandi, these sessions offer a supportive environment for practicing yoga, whether you’re just starting or prefer a gentler approach.
Note: Beginners Yoga involves floor work and standing exercises, while Chair Yoga focuses on seated and supported movements.
