Healthy Connections is our onsite exercise clinic based at 60 Kuran Street. The team continuously strive to provide high quality services through innovative programs, best practice methodology and quality of care. Healthy Connections offers exercise physiology, individualised programs, group exercise sessions, specialised programs (e.g. dealing with diabetes, stomp out osteoarthritis) massage therapy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and free educational sessions.

An extension of the Healthy Connections clinic is Healthy Connections PLUS, based at Chermside and Enoggera. The two clinics aim to provide highly specialised services based around group reformer classes and the provision of in-home allied health services. In addition to Pilates, the clinics offers Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Remedial massage services.

All sessions are individualised and targeted towards management of each participant’s disability. Healthy Connections is a provider of the popular, government funded My Health for Life program. The six month program promotes health and wellness through a series of educational lifestyle modification sessions.
