Join us for a transformative journey to enhance your overall wellbeing and promote inner balance. This holistic yoga experience encompasses mindfulness, reflection, rhythmic breathing, gentle movement, walking exercises, and Yoga Nidra (effortless relaxation).

You'll have the flexibility to begin in a seated position on your mat or chair, and then transition into a reclined posture. Discover the profound harmony of body and mind in this enriching journey, guided by experienced yoga instructor, Sandi.
