Yoga & Mindfulness
Increase your awareness of your body and mind with our yoga and mindfulness classes.
Over the course of four weeks, you will learn basic yoga poses and the adjustments that suit your body. If you have an injury, you will learn how to gently move into and out of poses while using your breath. Learn the fundamental yoga breathing technique to help with relaxation, sleep, and mental health.
Sandi, our instructor, is passionate about mindfulness meditation and promoting well-being through yoga. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, firm cushion, and dress comfortably. Chairs and walls may be used at times to facilitate good alignment. Suitable for all fitness levels and ages.
