To celebrate 30 years supporting older Queenslanders, ADA Australia is hosting a free morning tea and talk.

We will talk about maintaining your independence at home, your rights in aged care and Planning Ahead:

• What support is available to me?
• What are my rights when receiving services?
• Who can manage my affairs if I become unable to?
• What should I think about?
• How do I get started?

It’s a great opportunity for you to ask questions of ADA Australia’s advocates and community lawyers about things like home care entitlements, Enduring Power of Attorney matters and Advance Health Directive. You can also collect a free Planning Ahead Starter kit. There will also be live music by Musical Theatre Songstress, Meg Kiddle.
