This 45-minute class will assist with improving your heart health and risk of coronary heart disease. Cardio classes may also help to improve blood pressure, weight management, and improve mobility.
This is a fitness class involving movement to music. This is a fun, friendly way to increase the heart rate, raise metabolism, improve balance and coordination, burn calories, and work on increasing strength and endurance! Our instructor, Jo is a qualified personal trainer with over 35 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.
