Join Sandi for a soothing yoga class that uses a chair for support, aimed at improving strength, balance and flexibility. Each session focuses on alignment, better breathing and relaxation techniques to boost overall wellbeing. Perfect for beginners seeking to improve their health in a supportive environment.

Class Dates: Tuesday 2, 9, 16 and 23 July
Time: 1pm - 2pm
Price: Members $10/session or you can attend all sessions for $40

Location: Burnie Brae Hall - 60 Kuran St, Chermside

Please bring a light blanket, water bottle and an eye pillow, eye mask or hand towel for covering your eyes during meditation.
