FAQs
At Healthy Connections, we offer both Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services to support your health and wellbeing.
Our Physiotherapists specialise in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries using hands-on manual therapy and personalised rehabilitation exercises. If you’re dealing with pain or recovering from an injury, Physiotherapy can help you regain strength and restore function.
Meanwhile, our Exercise Physiologists design customised exercise programs aimed at improving physical function, preventing future injuries and boosting overall health. Whether you’re recovering from surgery or looking to enhance your fitness, they’ll guide you every step of the way.
By combining both services, we provide you with comprehensive care tailored specifically to your unique health goals.
The cost of physiotherapy can vary based on factors like the type of treatment, session duration and clinic location. To provide added value, we also offer session packages and specialised hydrotherapy for aquatic therapy.
