Our hall is ideal for a wide range of bookings, including exercise and dance classes, hobby and social clubs, support groups, meetings, rehearsals, workshops, performances, community events, special gatherings and much more.

Hall Hire Availability
Our spaces are currently available to book on Tuesdays from 6:30pm–10pm, Wednesdays from 4pm–10pm, most Fridays from 4pm–11pm (including cleaning time), and on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you are serving alcohol, you must register your event with PARTY SAFE QLD and supply Burnie Brae Ltd with the online registration number 5 working days prior to your hire date.

Attendee numbers (up to 160)

If you anticipate more than 1,000 attendees during your booking, a permit from Brisbane City Council will be required.

Main Hall - $65/hour (access to reception bathrooms)

Full Hall - $110/hour (main hall, rear hall with small kitchenette & bathrooms)

Bar Kitchen Hire - $200/hire (with bar fridges, 2x ovens, dishwasher, glass washer & seating area)

Bond

Minimum $1,000 bond

Applies to some hires at the discretion of Burnie Brae - $2,000 bond

Public Liability Insurance
