Whether you need to pick up groceries, visit the chemist, browse the local shops, or search for the perfect gift, we’re here to help make the experience more comfortable and convenient.
We start the journey right at your doorstep! Our friendly driver will pick you up from home.

Our drivers are trained to ensure your journey is safe, smooth and comfortable from start to finish.
We accommodate a variety of mobility aids such as walkers and handheld shopping trolleys, with drivers ready to assist.

Getting out to the shops should be easy, comfortable and stress-free - and that’s exactly what our shopper bus is here for. Here’s how your trip works from start to finish:
1. Home Pick Up
We’ll pick you up from your home - no traffic, parking or public transport worries.
2. Drive to Destination
Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride to your chosen shopping centre. It’s a great chance for a chat along the way too!
3. Time to Shop
Take your time browsing the shops, picking up groceries, visiting the chemist or enjoying a coffee break.
4. Safe Trip Home
Once you’re finished, we’ll help bring you safely back home - shopping bags and all!
Our shopper bus runs weekly to popular local shopping centres, making it easy and convenient to get out and about.

Westfield Chermside: 10am - 12:30pm
Please be ready approximately 1 hour before your scheduled shopping time for pick-up. Your exact pick-up time and fare will be confirmed when booking.

We offer payment options for both Government-funded and private-paying clients.
Support at Home clients pay $2.50 each way, while Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) clients travel FREE with a transport referral code.
If you don’t have My Aged Care funding, the private fee is $4.00 each way. We also accept brokered clients through other providers.

Our team will be happy to assist you with booking information, pickup details and any questions you may have.
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as early as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled trip may incur a cancellation fee.
