Core & Balance (intermediate - advanced)
Join our dynamic class, where fun meets challenge! Elevate your balance, posture, and coordination while building your core muscles through engaging, low-impact exercises. This class is centered around Pilates, incorporating a mix of standing and floor exercises with equipment like the Swiss Ball, Pilates ball, and resistance bands.
Denise, our instructor, is dedicated to offering low-impact fitness programs designed for over 50's who want to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. She is a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and group exercise teacher.
Fitness level - intermediate to advanced
When: Thursdays 11:00am - 12:00pm (excluding public holidays)
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts. No entry after commencement for safety reasons.
Location: Burnie Brae Rear Hall, 60 Kuran St, Chermside
Cost: Members $10.00 - pay upon entry using cash or card
What to bring: Yoga mat, resistance band and wear suitable clothing (i.e. workout wear or loose fit clothing)
