This class is an eclectic, contemporary blend of gentle yoga postures (also including the opportunity to go into some stronger versions if desired).

The class will focus on strength, flexibility, breathing, relaxation and in general getting to know the body and learning to be in the body. It can almost become a moving meditation and will also assist in improved wellbeing in a nurturing environment.

As a response to COVID-19, you will also be required to bring your own mat, if applicable; alternate equipment may be used.
