Improve your health, clear your head and improve flexibility. This class is a contemporary blend of gentle yoga postures, with the option to incorporate more challenging variations. Learn breathing and relaxation techniques that will assist you to connect with your body.

Date: Thursdays (excluding public holidays)

Time: 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Location: Burnie Brae Hall, 60 Kuran St, Chermside

Cost: Members $10.00 - pay upon entry using cash or card

What to bring: water bottle, yoga mat and wear suitable clothing (i.e. workout wear or loose fit clothing)
