Burnie Brae has a strong team of staff who provide care for clients who are socially isolated or need a hand from time to time.
This provides respite, either at home or within the community to give carers relief from their caring role. This can be in the form of companionship, access to shopping or medical appointments, social outings, assistance with approved household duties, and assistance with some personal care tasks. Our Community Support Workers can provide the service to you and your loved one together, or to your loved one while you have a break.
