That’s why Loneliness Awareness Week (4–10 August) is an important reminder: you’re not alone, and connection makes a big difference.

    Discover our regular activities, from dance classes and games to fitness groups and more - there’s something happening every week for every interest. Plus, meet new friends enjoy a day out on our group outings.
  • Healthy Connections Clinic
    Join our member exercise sessions to stay active, make friends, and build a sense of community in a supportive environment.
  • Centre-Based Respite
    Whether you're caring for someone or looking for support yourself, our Respite Centre provides a warm, social, and safe setting to enjoy shared activities and conversations.
