Burnie Brae's Home Care Package clients are invited to a special information session about the upcoming aged care reforms and the new Support at Home Program, which will replace the current Home Care Packages from 1 November 2025.

These changes may affect how your home care is delivered, and we want to make sure you feel informed and supported every step of the way.
