• The care services available, including personal care, assistance with daily tasks, social support, transport, clinical care, allied health services, and home maintenance and accessibility support

• How My Aged Care works, including eligibility, assessments and funding options such as Support at Home (previously Home Care Packages), Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) & Home Assist Secure

• What the process looks like from enquiry to receiving services and how to access the right level of support for your needs

Our experienced and friendly team will be available to answer questions and provide guidance.
