Home Modifications
Improving your independence and safety with appropriate modifications like easy-access taps, grab rails, ramps and providing safety advice for your home, guided by experienced healthcare professionals.

Light Housework & Social Support
Our team assists with light housework, shopping and social outings, ensuring your home remains clean and you stay connected to the community. We can assist with:

• general light housework, including making beds, laundry and basic ironing, vacuuming and mopping
• unaccompanied shopping to deliver essential purchases to you while you stay comfortable at home
• accompanied activities such as shopping and appointments, companionship social outings, escorts to events.

Personal Care
We offer personal care services to help you maintain your health and personal hygiene, safely and privately. Our services include assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming and medication reminders.

Funding Options

As a government-funded provider, we offer a range of in-home and community-based supports through:

Home Assist Secure (HAS) - providing essential support for individuals aged 60 years and over, as well as people of any age with a disability, who face challenges in managing critical home maintenance tasks independently. This includes repairs, modifications, or safety enhancements aimed at ensuring the safety and security of the home.

Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)* - tailored for individuals requiring ongoing low-level support to maintain independence, short-term aid post-injury or illness, or interim assistance while awaiting a Home Care Package. This program offers a wide range of services, including assistance with daily tasks like cleaning, meal preparation, and transportation.

Home Care Packages (HCP)* - specifically designed to provide comprehensive and extended support for individuals seeking to maintain their independence while living in the comfort of their own homes. Offering a wide array of services from personal care and medical assistance to domestic support and social activities.

*eligible for individuals 65 years or older (or 50+ for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander individuals)
