Are you a local artisan, food vendor, or small business owner looking to showcase your products in a vibrant community setting? Apply for a stall at the Burnie Brae Mother's Day Markets and join our thriving marketplace!

Location: Burnie Brae Hall - 60 Kuran St, Chermside

We’re looking for vendors who offer handmade or locally sourced products, including skincare, fashion, homewares, toys and packaged food items. We’re also seeking food vendors with a variety of cuisines, from savory dishes to sweet treats.

Participation in the Burnie Brae Markets is subject to your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before signing as ensure you are committed to fulfilling your obligations as cancellations have a significant effect on our entire working process.


Burnie Brae and its representatives will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to person or property including the alleged negligence of Burnie Brae or its representatives or agents and including loss or damage arising out of the weather and other conditions or the cancellation of the event due to any circumstance/s outside our control.


Products: Please specify the nature of your stall and the types of products to be sold. Stallholders who do not comply or inaccurately describe their products may have their trading terminated and payment forfeited. Gourmet and specialty foods are welcome. Skincare must be primarily made from natural ingredients.


Bump in/Bump out: Stallholders can bump in on Friday 9 May between 5pm and 6pm or on Saturday 10 May from 6am, ready to trade by 8am. Vehicles must be moved to the street by 7:30am on Saturday, to allow for attendees to utilise carpark. The market finishes at 12pm and no stallholder is permitted to pack up prior to this time.


The Environment: Reduce waste, use recycled/recyclable packaging and remove all waste at the end of the day. Industrial bins are located in the car park. Food vendors are responsible for the removal of power, water and waste.


Site Conditions: This is an indoor market with a limited number of stalls and power. Stall sites are allocated at the discretion of Burnie Brae. Please note that there will be no ATM on-site, so stallholders are encouraged to use Square/Eftpos for payments.


Payment Details: If your application is approved, an invoice will be emailed to you. Payments are to be completed electronically within 7 working days from the date of the invoice. The payment details will be enclosed in the invoice. Non-payment within the timeframe may result in your booking being cancelled. Applicants must provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance (PLI) Certificate of Currency with the application.
