From 13 October our Singing and Choir group is becoming one session - Social Singing Group!

A social singing group all about enjoying music, having a laugh and singing together.

Forget formal choir rehearsals and complicated arrangements. With backing tracks and lyrics on screen, we’ll sing along to familiar favourites, take requests, try different themes and even have a few musical games along the way.

Expect:

• Fun warm-ups and singing games
• Favourite songs from across the decades
• Member requests and themed sessions
• Simple harmonies when they suit the song
• Musical games like Name That Tune and Finish the Lyric
• Tips to build confidence, breathing and healthy voice use

No previous singing experience or music reading required - just bring your voice and your enthusiasm!

It’s less about getting every note perfect and more about making music, meeting people, building confidence and leaving with a smile.
