Program Details

Our Dealing with Diabetes program runs 60-minute sessions every Wednesday and Friday from 2pm to 3pm at Healthy Connections, located at the Burnie Brae Centre (60 Kuran St, Chermside).

What happens after the program ends?
After completing the program, it’s important to maintain your progress. You might consider continuing with our sessions, exploring other offerings at Healthy Connections or establishing a home exercise routine. We recommend scheduling a reassessment with one of our Exercise Physiologists to track your improvements and discuss next steps.
