Cyber Security

Info Session & Lessons

Cybercrime is on the rise - but with the right knowledge, it can often be prevented.

These supportive group sessions are designed specifically for seniors and focus on simple, practical steps to stay safe online.

We’ll cover key topics, including:

  • Recognising scams and phishing attempts
  • Creating strong, unique passwords
  • Setting up multi-factor authentication
  • Updating devices and software
  • Protecting personal & financial information

Following the group session, participants can book a free, personalised one-on-one lesson with our digital mentors to help apply what they’ve learned to their own device.

Hosted by Queensland Police Service and informed by the Australian Government’s Act Now, Stay Secure campaign.
