Stay strong, agile and ready for whatever life throws your way with our functional fitness classes tailored for older fellas!
Paul’s class focuses on strength, mobility, and overall fitness, using calisthenics, resistance exercises, weights, and a touch of cardio - all tailored to your level.
Expect to move easier, get stronger, and feel fitter, so you can pick up your feet, kick up your heels, and tackle the day with confidence.
All done safely, at your pace, with your goals in mind - staying active and feeling great for the long haul!
Meet our Instructor
With 30 years of dedication to yoga and fitness, and two decades of teaching experience, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to each class. Now in his 60th year, he uses yoga to maintain his fitness, flexibility and mindfulness, adapting his practice to meet the diverse needs of today’s world.
Paul’s approach focuses on staying mobile, strong and centered, providing a balanced practice that supports individuals at all experience levels while navigating the challenges of aging.
When: Tuesday 3:00pm - 4:00pm
(Centre closed on public holidays)
Location: Burnie Brae Hall - 60 Kuran St, Chermside
Cost: Members $10.00 - pay on entry
What to bring: water bottle, yoga mat, non-slip socks & wear suitable clothing Bookings are not required, simply come along!
