Yoga for Men
Join us for a rejuvenating 1-hour yoga practice designed to enhance your flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Under the expert guidance of our instructor, Paul, you will explore a variety of poses including standing, seated, and supine, with a calming meditation session to conclude the class.
With 30 years of dedication to yoga and two decades of teaching experience, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to each class. Now in his 60th year, he uses yoga to maintain his fitness, flexibility and mindfulness, adapting his practice to meet the diverse needs of today’s world.
Paul’s approach focuses on staying mobile, strong and centered, providing a balanced practice that supports individuals at all experience levels while navigating the challenges of aging.
When: Tuesday 3:00pm - 4:00pm
(Centre closed on public holidays)
Location: Burnie Brae Hall - 60 Kuran St, Chermside
Cost: Members $10.00 - pay on entry
What to bring: water bottle, yoga mat, non-slip socks & wear suitable clothing
