Mens Yoga Class

Challenge your flexibility, strength and awareness, in a flowing 1-hour practice. Our instructor, Paul will guide you through standing, seated and supine poses, culminating in a short meditation at the end of class.

For 30 years, Paul has dedicated himself to yoga, teaching for the last two decades. Now in his 60th year, he uses yoga to stay fit, flexible, and mindful, adapting his practice to suit all experience levels and the demands of today's world. Paul's goal is to remain mobile, strong, and centered as he navigates the challenges of aging.

When: Tuesday 10:30am - 11:30am (excluding public holidays)

Location: Burnie Brae Hall, 60 Kuran St, Chermside

Cost: Members $10.00 - pay upon entry using cash or card

What to bring: water bottle, yoga mat, non-slip socks and wear suitable clothing (i.e. workout wear or loose fit clothing)

Bookings are not required, simply come along!
